Jon Collins can be accurately described as the “rock star analyst”. He writes about technology, but also turns his pen to the more engaging subject of rock music. To date, he has written 3 books:

1. Marillion Separated Out: The Complete History 1979-2002
2. Rush: Chemistry
3. The Technology Garden: Cultivating Sustainable IT-Business Alignment

The third book listed here was jointly authored by Dale Vile and “the two Neils”. A fourth book, about to be published, is an autobiography of Mike Oldfield (Mr Tubular Bells) that Jon helped write. Would that be a semi-autobiography, or a not-so-autobiography, I wonder? Jon’s blog is at www.joncollins.net. It interweaves his technology and music obsessions.
