Sex

The following postings relate to the topic of sex in some way. They have a specific function beyond whatever the actual topic of the posting is. I need to have a benchmark for posting traffic against which to measure other topics. Sex is a topic that is highly interesting to most web users. Any posting with Sex in the title is guaranteed to generate traffic. Sex, however, is not the topic of greatest interest.

If you didn’t know, Nintendo can be more popular than sex, Apple can be more popular than Sex, so can Linux and so can Microsoft (usually when its a negative story). Curiously postings that relate to highly innovative new technology is also more popular than sex.

On average, I’ll put up a posting with sex in the title every 3 months or so.
